Terms of Use

The short version: use GlowBop to make your lights look great, keep your key to yourself, and be nice.

Last updated October 14, 2026

Who we are

GlowBop is software made by Marketing Savvy LLC ("we", "us"). By installing or using GlowBop you agree to these terms.

Buying GlowBop

Orders are handled by Polar, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Polar takes the payment, charges any sales tax, and sends your receipt and license key. Polar's own terms also apply to your purchase.

Your license

Your plan gives you a personal license to use GlowBop on your own computers and lights while the plan is active (for Lifetime, for as long as GlowBop is offered). Please don't share, resell or publish your license key, and don't try to get around the license check.

Subscriptions and trials

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. Every plan that offers a free trial charges nothing until the trial ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing. You can cancel any time from your Polar customer portal, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Your lights and music

GlowBop sends light data to lights on your own network. You're responsible for using your lights safely and following their maker's instructions. GlowBop reacts to whatever plays on your computer; you're responsible for having the rights to the music and videos you play.

Other services

Some features use other companies' services, like YouTube for playing music, Last.fm and GetSongBPM for song facts, and sports score feeds. They are run by those companies under their own terms, and they can change or stop working at any time.

No warranty

We work hard to make GlowBop great, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We can't promise it will work with every light, every network or every song.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything related to GlowBop is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update GlowBop and these terms. If we make a big change to the terms, we'll update the date above and, where it matters, let customers know by email.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
