Try before you pay
Monthly and yearly plans start with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you're never charged.
14-day refunds
If GlowBop isn't working for you, email hello@glowbop.com within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it. This covers your first monthly or yearly charge and Lifetime purchases.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from your Polar customer portal. You keep GlowBop until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Polar, and usually show up in 5 to 10 business days. After a refund, the license key stops working.
